Western Railway, Amity United enter semis

Western Railway, Mumbai, defeated Dhaka XI 1-0, via sudden-death tie-breaker in the All-India Kalinga Cup Football Tournament at Bhawanipatna in Kalahandi today. Sudden death was enforced to end the dead-lock as both teams remained 1-1 during regulation time and drew 4-4 in the tie-breaker. In another match of the tourney at Jharsuguda, Amity United, Haryana, trounced Assam State Electricity Board 2-0. Amity United led 2-0 during the interval. Amity United will take on All Nepal Football Academy at Jharsuguda, while Western Wailway will clash with Army-XI, Delhi, in the semi-finals.
